Return and exchange policy




1. Overview



At Bare & Buff, we strive to make every shopping experience exceptional. If the product isn't right for you, we're happy to help according to the terms and conditions outlined below.





2. Retrieval



Returns can be requested within 7 days of the date of receiving the order.


For a product to be eligible for return, it must:


  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In a resalable condition
  • With all original seals intact



Any refund request that does not meet these conditions will not be accepted.





3. Hygiene and Safety



Due to the nature of our products:


  • Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Products that have been opened or whose seal has been broken are not returnable.






4. Replacement



Replacements can be requested within 7 days of receipt, subject to product availability.


All the above return conditions must apply to exchange requests.





5. Damaged or incorrect products



Upon receiving the product:


  • harmony
  • It has a defect
  • Different from the request



You are entitled to a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.


Reporting must be done within 48 hours of receipt, with clear photos attached.





6. Shipping fees



  • In case of return due to change of mind → the customer bears the shipping fees
  • In case of any defect or error in the order → we will bear all costs






7. Inspection and approval



All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.


We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange request if the conditions are not met.





8. Financial recovery



  • Returns are processed after the product is received and inspected.
  • Processing time: 5–10 working days
  • The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.



In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.





9. Non-returnable products



The following items cannot be refunded or exchanged:


  • Opened or used products
  • Products whose seal has been broken
  • Products without their original packaging
  • Non-resale products
  • Discounted products or those included in special offers (if this was stated at the time of purchase)
